Job Description:
Chevron Nigeria is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Abuja. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. This role requires a passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met - Provide support and assistance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Track customer success metrics and report on key performance indicators
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred - A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
