Description:
SLB is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. This position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, and possess strong negotiation and creativity skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers - Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and find solutions for customers - Track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence, energy, negotiation skills, and creativity - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
