Remote Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team at Guaranty Trust Bank in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

As a Remote Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products and services effectively.

Key responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Resourceful and dedicated individual with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus
