Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description: As a Customer Success Associate at Julius Berger Nigeria, located in Lagos, Nigeria, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have a positive experience with our products and services, leading to long-term relationships and loyalty.


Responsibilities: - Work closely with customers to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Provide product demonstrations, training, and onboarding assistance to customers as needed. - Monitor customer usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling. - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer success and growth. - Compile and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform customer success strategies. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster trust and loyalty.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Adaptable and reliable personality traits. - Proficiency in people management and research soft skills.
