Remote Customer Success Manager

As a Remote Customer Success Manager at Farmcrowdy, your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support - Understanding customer needs and providing guidance on how our products and services can address those needs - Onboarding new customers and providing training to ensure they are set up for success - Monitoring customer accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience - Tracking key performance indicators related to customer success and implementing strategies to achieve targets - Problem-solving and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
