Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Kuda Bank. As a part-time position based in Port Harcourt, NG, this role requires a candidate with at least 7 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level in customer success management.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Ensure customers are utilizing our products and services to their fullest potential - Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve product offerings - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer lifetime value - Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data to understand trends and provide insights to the team
Requirements: - Proven experience in customer success management in the banking or fintech industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving issues effectively - Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
