Job Description - Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Sterling Bank in Lagos, NG. As a part-time mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer success roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Support customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to improve our offerings and customer experience - Develop customer success strategies and execute on them to ensure customer retention and growth


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the banking industry - Hardworking and energetic individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Attention to detail and strong research skills to understand customer needs and preferences - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal teams - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
