Job Description:
UBA Group is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing assistance, guidance, and support as needed - Understand customers' needs and goals to proactively suggest solutions and improvements - Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of our products - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and deliver high-quality service - Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers get the most out of our offerings
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Motivated and confident individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence and adaptability to effectively navigate different customer personalities and situations - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Availability to work remotely and accommodate flexible hours as needed
