Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Manager to join our team at Huawei in Abuja, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, managing their onboarding, training, and ongoing support needs - Proactively engage with customers to understand their business goals and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service improvement efforts - Monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics, and take action to address any issues or concerns - Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth - Act as a leader and advocate for the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed effectively - Lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions, leveraging strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role - Proven track record of successfully managing and growing customer relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders - Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple competing priorities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Experience in the technology industry is a plus
