Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through effective relationship management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers - Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer retention and expansion - Understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet them - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations - Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Monitor customer usage and engagement to proactively address any issues - Advocate for customer needs internally to drive product enhancements and improvements - Track and report on key metrics related to customer success and satisfaction

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Passionate and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Strategic planning abilities to drive customer success initiatives - Experience working in a remote role is preferred
