Job Description:
Paylater is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success roles, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Own the overall relationship with assigned customers and serve as their primary point of contact 2. Develop a deep understanding of customers' business goals and challenges to drive adoption and retention 3. Provide proactive support and guidance to customers, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our products 4. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and identify areas for improvement 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary 6. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling 7. Develop and deliver customer success strategies and best practices 8. Monitor customer health metrics and take action to prevent churn 9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer success processes and procedures 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field 2. Strong adaptability and reliability 3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 4. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients 5. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 6. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
