Job Description:
Airtel Nigeria is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Abuja. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in customer success or related fields. We are looking for an energetic and resilient individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting loyalty to the company.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify ways to improve customer experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met - Provide personalized solutions to customers to ensure their success and satisfaction - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction - Analyze data and metrics to track customer success and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer success or related fields - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and organization skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams
