Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Halliburton is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or account management.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and promote customer loyalty - Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess their overall satisfaction - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing them with the necessary support and resources - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service or account management - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
