Job Description:
Lafarge Africa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior. The successful candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals, and provide solutions to help them achieve success - Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure customer needs are met - Continuously monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Track and report on key metrics related to customer success, such as retention rates and customer satisfaction scores - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues, and work with them to develop strategies for improvement - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance and support to help them maximize the value they receive from our products and services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively to solve customer problems - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
