Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description: As a Customer Success Officer at Standard Chartered Bank in Lagos, NG, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, problem-solving, and relationship-building. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure they are utilizing our products and services to their fullest potential.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are using our products effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive growth and retention - Track and report on key metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role - Motivated and hardworking with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to persuade and influence customers to drive positive outcomes - Strong research and analytical skills
