Job Description: Ernst & Young is seeking a Customer Success Officer to work remotely from Lagos, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success roles. We are looking for a confident and resilient individual with excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills to join our team.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are achieving their goals using our products or services - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely and effective support - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for product improvement - Monitor customer health and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Analyze customer data to track progress and measure the impact of our solutions - Lead onboarding and training sessions for new customers to ensure a smooth transition - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and growth initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success or related roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships - Experience using CRM software and customer success platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Confident and resilient attitude towards challenges
