Job Description:
Kuda Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building abilities.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions to enhance their overall experience. - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless customer support and resolution of issues. - Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and track satisfaction levels. - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty. - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - People management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners. - Strategic planning abilities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
