Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Access Bank is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resilient, persuasive, and possess excellent planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through virtual communications - Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve issues and answer inquiries - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
