Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Jumia, a leading e-commerce platform in Lagos, NG, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address any concerns, and provide solutions to any issues - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer retention and revenue - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to enhance the customer experience - Analyze customer data and trends to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty - Provide training and support to customers on how to best utilize our products and services - Act as a brand ambassador for Jumia, promoting our values and mission in all customer interactions

Requirements: - Confident and driven individual with a passion for customer success - Strong creative thinking and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
