Job Description:
Julius Berger Nigeria is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent support and ensure their success with our products 2. Proactively reach out to customers to provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for upselling 3. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience 4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction 5. Create and maintain documentation on customer interactions and issue resolutions 6. Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition to our products 7. Work closely with the marketing team to gather feedback and insights from customers for product improvements 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for helping customers succeed 2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address customer issues 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
