Job Description:
MTN is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home in Ibadan, NG. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers by providing excellent service and support.
Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer retention and loyalty
Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a customer-focused role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong persuasion and strategic planning skills - Must be motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
