Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Airtel Nigeria is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and adaptable, with excellent communication and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain customer records and documentation accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide solutions - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
