Job Description - Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description: Access Bank is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Abuja, NG. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resilient, and possess strong cooperation and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and resolutions. 5. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 7. Remote work experience is a plus.
