Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


TotalEnergies is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team and work remotely from Ibadan, NG. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order status updates - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
