Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Andela is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory and efficient manner - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels - Assisting in the creation of training materials for customer support team members


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Driven and confident personality - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask - Presentation skills for training and client meetings - Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
