Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Airtel Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valuable customers. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products and services 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers 4. Process customer orders and returns accurately 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related role 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software 7. Visa sponsorship and the ability to travel as needed
