Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team at Hilton in Lagos, NG. As a part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. 2. Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and promotions. 3. Handling guest complaints and finding satisfactory resolutions. 4. Assisting with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth experience for guests. 5. Coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs and requests. 6. Maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude at all times. 7. Keeping accurate records of interactions and feedback from guests. 8. Assisting with special projects and events as needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations. 6. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Familiarity with hotel operations and computer systems is a plus. 8. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
