Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

NNPC Limited is seeking a reliable and adaptable Customer Support Associate to join our team in Ibadan, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of customer support experience.

Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and feedback - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills - Assist in developing and implementing customer support procedures and best practices

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Soft skills in strategic planning - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
