Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


MTN is seeking a talented Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals at an entry-level of their career with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to MTN customers via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management - Capture and update customer information accurately in the company database - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service goals and expectations


Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Must have a reliable internet connection - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
