Job Description - Customer Support Manager


Job Description: Access Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Customer Support Manager at Access Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will need to be resourceful and confident in handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and persuasion skills will be crucial in managing customer relationships effectively.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer support team to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and develop customer support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner - Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Resourceful and confident in dealing with challenging situations - Persuasion skills and attention to detail - Experience managing a team is preferred
