Job Description:
First Bank of Nigeria is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and independent personality, along with strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support to address customer inquiries and issues. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions to customers. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. 7. Adhere to customer service standards and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and independent personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer interactions. 2. Strong leadership skills to guide customers through problem-solving and decision-making processes. 3. Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 6. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. 7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
