Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Access Bank is looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Officer to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time entry-level position with one year of experience, the Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism and patience 3. Providing information on bank products and services to customers 4. Assisting customers with account maintenance and online banking issues 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell bank products to customers 7. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills 2. Leadership capabilities 3. Resourceful and able to problem-solve effectively 4. Passion for providing excellent customer service 5. 1 year of experience in a customer service role 6. Ability to work part-time in Ibadan, NG
