Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


MainOne is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Support Officer to join our team in Lagos, NG on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams - Continuously seek opportunities for process and service improvements - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of technical products and services is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
