Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team at AB InBev in Abuja, Nigeria. This position is part-time and requires an Associate Level seniority with 2 years of experience. As a Customer Support Officer, you will have the opportunity to work from home and support our customers with their inquiries and needs.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with product or service information and troubleshooting as needed. 6. Work with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience. 7. Meet and exceed customer support KPIs and metrics.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. 3. Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills. 4. Proven experience in a customer support role. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
