Job Description:
MainOne is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Lagos, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively 3. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary 5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience 7. Manage time effectively to meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic 2. Excellent analytical skills to assess and solve customer issues 3. Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and expectations 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Previous experience in customer support or related field is required 6. Proficiency in basic computer applications and software 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
