Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our team at Sterling Bank in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the banking industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution. 3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. 4. Educate customers on bank products and services. 5.
