Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Chevron Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and complaints - Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
