Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


PwC Nigeria is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Ibadan. As an Associate level role, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a resilient and driven individual who possesses strong analytical and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Document all customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed key performance indicators for customer support metrics


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles - Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer support metrics - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in any field
