Job Description:
Eko Electricity Distribution is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team and work from home in Abuja, NG. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services. 4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. 9. Meet and exceed customer service goals.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with confidence. 5. Critical thinking and decision-making skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must have a quiet work environment without distractions. 9. Access to a reliable internet connection.
