Job Description:
Wema Bank is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative working from home in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs. 5. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes and procedures. 6. Identify and escalate any unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 8. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers’ needs. 2. Driven and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. 3. Effective negotiation and critical thinking skills to find solutions to customer problems. 4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. 7. Must have a quiet home office environment with a reliable internet connection. 8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
