Remote Customer Support Specialist

Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Customer Support Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Update customer records and information in the system accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Research and stay informed about industry trends and best practices - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt - Ability to research and find solutions to complex problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
