Job Description:
Andela is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG on a part-time basis. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality assistance via phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 3. Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams to improve our products and services. 4. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Assist in creating and implementing customer support strategies and processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on Andela's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Driven, resourceful. 2. Soft skills: Negotiation, project management. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4.
