The Customer Support Specialist at Jumia in Lagos, Nigeria will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints in a professional manner, and providing product information and assistance. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
