Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: Paylater is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Abuja, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services. 3. Assist customers with account-related issues, such as login problems and payment inquiries. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Maintain customer records and update account information as needed. 7. Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets. 8. Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues. 4. Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
