Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home


Job Description:


As a Customer Support Specialist at Access Bank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Ibadan, Nigeria. Your primary role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their banking needs.


Responsibilities: - Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Answer questions and resolve concerns regarding account information, transactions, and other banking services - Help customers navigate our online banking platform and troubleshoot technical issues - Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Educate customers on new products or services offered by the bank - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online banking systems - Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work part-time hours from home - Must be located in Ibadan, Nigeria
