Job Description - Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Hilton in Abuja, Nigeria. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Remote Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with guests and potential customers. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, resourceful, and possesses excellent cooperation and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: - Responding to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally - Providing information about Hilton's services, promotions, and availability - Assisting customers with booking reservations and managing their accounts - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
