Job Description:


Ikeja Electric is seeking a Live Chat Assistant to work remotely from home in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Resilient and independent personality traits - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer skills and experience with live chat platforms - Excellent presentation skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
