Job Description:
PwC Nigeria is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will be resourceful and passionate about helping customers, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong typing skills and computer proficiency - Adaptability to learn new technologies and processes - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be available to work part-time hours
