Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is looking for a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This position is part-time, at the Associate Level, and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote live chat agents - Monitor and evaluate chat interactions to ensure quality and effectiveness - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales - Train and onboard new chat agents - Analyze chat data and provide insights to improve overall performance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements: - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong creativity and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in live chat management or customer service - Knowledge of chat technologies and analytics tools - Ability to work independently and in a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
