Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Live Chat Officer to join our team at Ernst & Young in Ibadan, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to address customer concerns and achieve customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - Motivated and independent individual with a strong work ethic - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work flexible hours as needed - High school diploma or equivalent
